This page is the primary source of rating requirement information for all Doeberl Cup divisions and overrides ANY other source online, including the Trybooking page.

Overseas Players (not an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia)

  • ACF-Unrated overseas players: Your FIDE rating will be used, or a verified overseas rating if FIDE unrated.
  • No FIDE ID? You need to contact your national FIDE body to obtain a FIDE ID before registering for the Doeberl Cup.

Family Discount

Family entry is based on 3rd and subsequent fee-paying members of the family paying ½ price for entry.
Discounts are calculated on the lowest value registration, i.e. if a family is registering one participant in the Premier, one U18 in the Minor and one in the U1200s, the discount will be applied to the U1200s registration.
How to claim Family Entry: Register online then contact the organisers to apply for a 50% refund on the eligible registration.
