Please note: The below conditions are subject to change for the 2025 event.
- Tournament entry is free for GMs, IMs, WGMs, WIMs and players with FIDE Ratings above 2500.
- Accommodation: A limited number of free rooms will be available for GMs for the Wednesday to Monday nights (based on twin share). These rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis to GMs who confirm attendance. Contact Us if you wish to be considered for the GM accommodation.
- All other players are required to budget for their own board, lodgings and entry fees.
- All players are required to budget for their own transport costs including airfares.
- The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any players registering and/or entering the tournament.
