The Playing Hall
The Olympus Room provides the main playing hall for the event. This area will be set up based on each of the tournaments.
Arbiters and Administration
The arbiters and administrators will have a dedicated room separate from the playing area.
Commentary and Analysis
The Aegean Room will be divided in half with commentary delivered by GM Ian Rogers at one end and analysis tables at the other end.
The Orpheus Room will be partitioned off from the Aegean Room and utilised as an area for games when players have finished their round and their analysis.
